I AM HERE TO SUPPORT YOUR FITNESS GOALS
As your coach I want you to feel safe and I want to create a platform where you can openly share your hopes, fears and ambitions. My main goal is to support you without judgment. I want to encourage you to go after (realistic) but exciting goals. I will help you set smart goals!

If you are reading this, you may have been already thinking about the best way to adapt a healthier lifestyle for a little while. Most often than not, it is a matter of finding the right person to educate you and support you in your goals. Having said that tt is always very important to find out if we are a good fit. So let me preface by saying that my idea of becoming your coach is not to hand you a nutrition and workout plan and that's it. let Once you adopt this lifestyle you will see how little by little your word transforms around you so you can continue to lead a healthy lifestyle. So let me preface by saying that my idea of becoming your coach is not to hand you a standard nutrition and workout plan and that's it.
I would love to have the honor and opportunity to get to know you, to develop a relationship with you and to work with you on a constant basis so you can adhere to your goals. Of course, we are all busy and have very little time to spare but I am positive that we will find a happy medium for both of us to have our time together so we work on YOU.
Furthermore, this is a big step. You just don't hire just a random person to be your coach. I GET IT! All I am asking from you is to be open and willing to hear me out, to establish a trusting relationship with me.
NOW that you can count on me, anytime you have a question or anytime you feel that you haven't follow through, if you need a little pep talk or simply if you just need to vent out and need someone who listens and really listens. I AM HERE FOR YOU! And I promise I will do my best to be there every step of the way, know that I will be your biggest cheer leader
Having said that, let me be more specific on what it is that you and I can accomplish with my coaching:
1. I can work with you to find out your WHY. Your WHY will be a very strong fundation on your journey. Your WHY will keep you grounded and will be a constant reminder to keep you in track.
2. I can personally chat with you and find out exactly what you would like to accomplish and what you would like to learn and incorporate into your daily habits.
3. Based on what YOU WANT, I can then work with you to find out exactly what will be the most successful plan to get you the results you want. Please keep in mind that we are all very different. What will work for me, may not work with you. So to me is very important to gather all the right information from you so that we can design the most effective and sustainable plan for YOU.
4. We all learn in different ways. So my philosophy is to provide you with all the resources and tools to get you to really absorb all the fundamental concepts and how to apply them to your daily nutrition, activity level and life in general.
