Today we are talking METABOLISM Metabolism consists of all the chemical processes that go inside the body, in other words, metabolism is the ability that your body has to convert food into energy. So if you have two people with the same weight but one has more lean mass than the other then the person with more lean mass has a higher metabolic rate. So in order to improve your metabolism one has to increase lean mass and reduce fat mass. There are some things that we can control and others that we cannot control like gender, age, and genetics. So here are some tips on how to speed up your metabolism:
